How to Unbox Your Order

🚨 Before Accepting the Package

Please DO NOT accept the package if:

  • The outer box is open or damaged
  • The package is not sealed with official Nutritioncart tape
  • The seal appears tampered or re-packed

If you notice any of the above, immediately inform the delivery partner and contact our support team.


🎥 Record an Unboxing Video (Very Important)

We strongly recommend that every customer:

✔ Start recording before opening the package
✔ Show the sealed box clearly in the video
✔ Record the entire unboxing process without cuts
✔ Clearly show the product, seal, and invoice

This video is mandatory in case of:

  • Missing items
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products
  • Return & refund requests

⚠️ Important: Any issues related to missing items, damaged products, incorrect products, or return & refund requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise they will not be considered.

Without a proper unboxing video, return or refund requests may not be processed.
