1. General Return & Replacement Guidelines

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent post-purchase experience. You may request a return or replacement within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. For damaged, incorrect, expired, or incomplete orders (e.g., missing items or partial delivery), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.

Please note:

  • Returns for reasons such as “ordered the wrong product,” “no longer needed,” or “changed my mind” are generally not accepted for non-defective products. In certain cases, we may, at our sole discretion, approve such requests based on factors like your order history.
  • Returned products undergo a Quality Check (QC) before a refund or replacement is approved.

For a successful return or replacement:

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging, brand tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories intact.
  • The product must match the one originally shipped to you.
  • The request must be raised within the applicable timelines stated above.
