How We Deliver at Nutrition Cart

Once your order is confirmed, our quality team carefully inspects each item to ensure it meets our high standards. Only after passing this final check is your order securely packed and handed over to our trusted courier partners. If there’s any issue locating your address, the delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

🌍 Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship only within India. International orders are not accepted at this time.

📦 Packaging Standards

Your order is packed with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

  • Durable boxes are used for all shipments.
  • Fragile items are individually wrapped in bubble wrap with extra padding.
  • Wherever possible, we use eco-friendly packaging materials.

📍 Delivery Areas & Timelines

We proudly deliver to every corner of India! Estimated timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–6 business days
  • Remote & Rural Areas: 6–8 business days

Orders placed before 2 PM IST are usually processed the same day.
 Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

During Mega Sale events, dispatch may take 3–5 business days due to high demand.

📦 Multiple Shipments

If your order contains products from different warehouses, you may receive multiple packages.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with:
  • Tracking ID
  • Courier Partner NameTracking Link (updates available within 24 hours)

🚚 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and our team will assist with reshipment.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery: Orders above ₹699
  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49 for orders below ₹699

⚠️ Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for a prompt resolution.
