GMC is a reputed brand so tried the plant based protein for the first time. With 72% protein, the protein content is good.Although its solubility is not that very good and lumps are formed of not shaken well. Better to mix it in a mixer.Taste is bland and feel is slurry or like liquid besan ka halwa. It makes a very thick solution. I had to segregate my daily protein intake in 2 instalments - one morning and one evening as having 2 scoops together was a task.Anyway, it is the most bang for the buck protein at this price by a reputed brand so gave it a shot.Will update the review with muscle gain experience after the box is finished.

GNC was always an high end brand since more than decade when I got to know it.Launching a plant protien that’s affordable and high quality with a best taste. Light on stomach, causes no bloating add oats mix in a blender and makes a complete meal early mornings when one doesn’t want to have meal. Add espresso shot give a slightly coffee flavour. Also 50 rupees gives you approximately 25 grams of protein hard to find such vegan source.

The Packaging and all were good and it is worth to purchase of money
